Desktop Technician – Onsite
We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install and troubleshoot hardware. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions.
Responsibilities
Windows 10 installation, set up and troubleshooting
PC, laptop install, set up and troubleshooting
Basic networking skills and standard set up processes
Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
Follow up to ensure systems are functional
Skills
Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented attitude
