Northrop Grumman Space Systems is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Sector VP, Strategy and Business Development at our Dulles, VA office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, reliable and detail oriented. A day-in-the-life of the executive assistant typically includes, but is not limited to;

Answering, logging and screening incoming calls in an expeditious manner
Managing calendars and scheduling meetings, to include all support necessary to facilitate meetings, often in close coordination with executive assistants across the company
Arranging travel
Executing expense reports for the vice president
Support the creation of presentations

Basic Qualifications:

High school or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years additional education and/or experience supporting senior executives
Candidate must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills
Requires organizational skills, working independently with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint web page development and management
Knowledge of Northrop Grumman policies and procedures
TS/SCI clearance is desirable but not required

Salary Range: $69,300 USD – $115,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
