Position : Mint Cannabis Delivery Driver
Job Description : General Summary: Our mission is to provide efficient day-to-day delivery to our patients with urgency and care. As a Driver, you’ll stay busy. You don’t need any previous experience as a driver to succeed in this position. Simply outstanding work ethic, eagerness to learn and an outgoing personality. Because we are expanding on a daily basis, this role requires someone who can adjust and be flexible with their schedule. Primary responsibilities of this position include delivering product to guided locations around the area, providing exceptional customer service to all, and executing compliant delivery paperwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely transport orders to routes
Open communication to patients and management
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and accurate
Complete all necessary paperwork for deliveries (Manifests, Invoices, Testing)
Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash payments
Ensure all medicated items are locked and secured following AZDHS standards.
Ability to utilize a personal Vehicle when necessary.
Maintain company vehicle when in use, full of fuel, in complete working order, report any mechanical issues and responsible to schedule necessary maintenance around delivery schedule
Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
Follow AZDHS and ADOT compliance procedures.
Always representing the Brand in a professional manner
All other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Must be over the age of 26 with clean driving record
Must be able to pass Arizona background check
Open availability and the possibility of schedule changes to fit company needs
Must be able to lift 40lbs or more
