Job Description : What will you do?
Conceptualize and design ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues
Create/iterate/collaborate design concepts, user flows, sitemaps, interfaces, and visual design systems with the Product Managers and rest of the team members
Conduct User and Market Research to understand customer behaviour and related products in the market. Tie that understanding with business objectives to design an intuitive user experience.
Perform data-driven design iterations to keep improving the products
You will create mobile and web interface that highlight important insights, clarify complex data and create a narrative flow to maximise user impact.
Skills Required
3-4 years of experience in the field of UX
Proficient in working with prototype based softwares like Figma, Adobe XD
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML, CSS3, JavaScript for rapid
University degree/diploma in design or a similar design degree is preferred
Can work in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to changes
Curious to interact with new people
Good communication skills
Good understanding of how front-end technologies, patterns for mobile apps & responsive websites work in the actual scenario
Prior experience in working with tech product companies/startup is a plus
