Position : Telephone Operator
Job Description : To operate the main telephone switchboard by answering and connecting all incoming calls and connecting all operators assisted outgoing calls. May supply information to callers and record/transmit messages; may take, dispatch and account for room service orders. Keeps records of calls made, toll charges and other pertinent information. Maintains records and prepares reports as required.
Shifts for this position will vary: 6am – 2pm, 10am – 6pm, 2pm – 10pm and graveyard 10pm-6am.
