Operational Objectives
Help to design a comprehensive new employee onboarding program, including all necessary training materials
Keep knowledge base documentation and training aids up to date with policy and procedure refreshes
Provide effective mentoring and coaching to help team members provide excellent customer service across all channels in training class
Communicate training needs and development gaps to direct supervisor
Personnel Objectives
Assist in facilitating training and development of team
Clearly communicate job and performance expectations to new hire’s
Monitor, appraise, and review performance of new hire team members during training periods
Lead new hire training material as needed
Coach and develop new team members to be “floor ready” during the training period
Complete assigned trainings in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities – During Training Classes
*Work with a training and leadership team to assess training needs.*
Conduct employee surveys and interviews to ensure an effective training program
Help to identify gaps in training and materials
Lead daily team meetings and calibrations during the new hire training period
Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure effective training is being conducted
Work with training and leadership team to enhance and modify training materials based on business need
Work to create training materials and job aids based on data and research.
Key Responsibilities – In between Training Classes

Build training materials, decks, and quality assurance improvements during time between training classes
Help to identify gaps in training and materials
Own and identify Fresh Service updates and procedure changes
QA feedback and call listenings
Continued training and development of floor agents
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years customer service experience
1+ years training experience (or equivalent training experience)
1+ years quality monitoring experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
