WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You might be a great match if you have:

Strategic and operational oversight for both Goodwill internal facilities management operations and government contracts/programming operated as part of the Ability One program
Exceptional Servant Leadership and customer service in all conduct with internal and external customers including government constituents, senior leaders, executive teams, associates, customers, colleagues, support departments, and community partners.
As a VICE PRESIDENT- ABILITY ONE PROGRAMS and FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
Partnering with the Chief Operating Officer & other leadership team members to develop organizational and operational planning initiatives to meet strategic objectives.
Reviewing and suggesting needs for capital expenditures to support ongoing initiatives, streamline operations, and build efficiency throughout facilities management key areas.
Planning of budgets and schedules of facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and vendor contracts for construction and acquisitions relating to maintenance and repair.
Oversight and accountability to Government Contract Management and Compliance to include bids, negotiations, and implementation for operations and labor ratio management as it relates to contract requirements.
Providing on-site training for individuals and/or groups to support ongoing development/enhancement of operating and performance standards.
The good news is that we have an amazing training program that will help teach you everything you need to sharpen your skills and build upon your strengths as a VICE PRESIDENT- FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & ABILITY ONE PROGRAMS college-level butbut there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
High school diploma or equivalent along with some college-level course in business or marketing
5+ years in a supervisory capacity in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication ability and ability to effectively communicate with individuals of various educational and socio-economic backgrounds.
AbilityOne Program leadership preferred
Ability to work with diverse customer and associate populations is important to you
