This position to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Sector Counsel for Space Systems both oversees and manages the day-to-day internal operation of the office and provides executive-level administrative support for the Sector Counsel and team. This position requires strong interpersonal skills in order to maintain contact and work effectively with all levels of executive management, employees and internal/ external stakeholders. This individual must be articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a heightened sense of confidentiality while performing a wide variety of sensitive administrative and support tasks for the Sector Counsel and team. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, able to independently execute tasks, be exceptionally well-organized, and will be expected to multi-task and balance daily activities with managing projects to completion. The use of good judgment, discretion, and uncompromising standards of quality, integrity and performance are essential.
Basic Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent experience with six years or more of relevant administration experience supporting an executive level leader.
Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MS Outlook skills.
High standards of quality, integrity, performance and attention. Preferred Qualifications:
Cross-discipline experience (legal, operations, event planning, project management, office management, etc.)
Previous experience supporting a senior executive within Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Salary Range: $69,300 USD – $115,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
