Job Description : Your Opportunity

** This role can be Telecommute**

Schwab Technology Services needs a Blackduck manager within our Schwab Cybersecurity Services organization. As a manager, you will maintain Blackduck within contract parameters and will aid teams that fall outside our company-wide security standards, assist development teams with security issues and help develop/refine current clean-scan definitions. There will be other cyber-related tasks as assigned.

What you are good at

Interacts and communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences,
Possesses an above average knowledge of the Blackduck scanning tool including implementation experience, techniques for database size control, script customization and reporting features.

What you have

1-3+ years of Blackduck maintenance/management,
3-5+ years cybersecurity education/experience,
Clear understanding of the roles of policies, standards, and procedures within an IT organization
Understanding of cyber risk and the design and operation of appropriate controls
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization and decision-making skills
Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task
Proven track record of working independently as well as collaboratively with business and technical staff and management
Understanding of software security vulnerabilities and mitigations including OWASP 10 and SANS 25.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Colorado Compensation

Target Total Compensation – $95,700 – $175,500
