Position : Case Screening Technician and Investigative Records Tech
Job Description : Information Discovery Services has several open positions. The Investigative Records Tech and Case Screening Tech positions are committed to National Security. The primary role is review of sensitive data and materials ensuring guidelines are met. All positions will have training in the Boyers, PA facility and offer remote or work from home. Responsibilities include:
Act as a point of contact via phone or computer system for the field and customers.
Conduct database searches.
Review various types of records to ensure compliance and schedule necessary actions based on guidelines.
Work independently while following provided guidelines and instructions.
Develop and maintain good rapport with customers and team members.
Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Past experience on a federal contract that included employment background investigations is preferred.
These positions work on a federal contract and per the Executive Order will require new hires to be fully vaccinated for COVID.
