Job Description : Client Service Representative Overview:
We’re looking for diligent Client Service Reps to join our team! If you are the right one for us, you will be people-oriented and enjoy helping them with their questions about health coverage and you will think of conversations with customers as more than a job, but educating others on their options when losing coverage, transitioning employers, or leaving a family plan.
Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative:
Your typical day will include:
Providing support over the phone and going over a client’s health information, then advising them with personalized solutions.
Work with any claims that your customers make on the policy.
Education and information on all plans available in the market.
Navigate the customer to the most appropriate plan that suits their needs.
Performing any other responsibilities as required for the role.
Qualifications of a Client Services Rep:
Education
A high school degree is required.
An associate’s degree is a plus.
Soft Skills
Must be comfortable sitting or standing for long periods of time.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to work with little supervision
Must be able to work in-office setting.
Must be able to work a full-time schedule.
Accepting inbound calls or making outbound calls.
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
This position would be a good fit for anyone with prior customer service, hospitality, claims, benefits, education, or consulting experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
