Job Description : Zaktos is a designing company that focuses on creating a unique experience for every client and making their dreams a reality. We work on both interior and exterior, commercial and residential. Our mission is to make our clients’ vision become a reality.
The Client Service Representative is responsible for understanding our firm policies and procedures and to provide exceptional care to our clients as well as full support to our designers. This is a full time position and you’ll be working in the Service Department, either in the office or from home.
The main responsibilities include:

Keep contact with our internal clients, through email and phone
Manage and process client requests, resolve client inquiries, and making sure key client information is up to date
Perform efficiently while handling a wide variety of tasks
Onboard new client accounts and collect the required documentation and client information to set up their profile

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects.

Industry experience is a plus
Have strong organizational skills and time management skills as well as attention to detail
Have basic computer skills for tier 1 support and document customer interactions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
