We’re looking for an organized and driven US Accountant to join our growing team at our company. The US Accountant position will work closely with our US & Canadian clients in terms of Accounting, Taxation, Audit and handle day-to-day bookkeeping. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our day to day financials
Designation: Customer Service Associate (US Accounting) – Jaipur
Location: Jaipur, RJ, India
Experience: 1+ Years
Qualification: CA, Inter CA, CMA, Inter- CMA, ACCA, CPA, EA,
M.com & MBA Finance.
Work Shift:
3:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday – Friday) – Male
5:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday – Friday) – Male
2:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday – Friday) – Female
Working Days: 5 Days(Mon – Fri)
Job Description:
Prepare Financial Statements and Tax returns
Complete time-sheet daily
Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence in line with our service standards
Develop an in-depth knowledge of all clients financial situations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant taxation and other relevant legislation and rulings.
Participate in external and internal training as required
Maintain current and accurate files and record and date any actions and detailed file notes
Use available resources to seek answers to technical questions prior to consulting manager
Job Requirements:
0-1+ years of accounting experience with small / medium businesses
Proven experience in bookkeeping, finalization of statements and tax return preparation
Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred
Experience using cloud accounting solutions including QB, Xero, Sage, and Accounting CS, MYOB.
Knowledge of US Accounting and Taxation process
