Position : Customer Service Representative
Job Description : The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of our Service Center, where we strive to be responsive to customer needs and inquiries. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls and emails from ifm’s existing and prospective customers. Additionally, you will provide support to our Sales team. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to learn and adapt quickly will make you succesful in providing an excellent customer experience.This role in onsite in Malvern, PA, until fully trained. With demonstrated success in the role, you may transition to a hybrid work schedule.
Job Responsibilties
Assists both ifm efector customers and our Sales team
Responds to high volume customer requests (phone, email, enters orders, provides product information, answers customer inquiries on order status, ensures customer satisfaction, processes quotes and verifies stock availability.
Provide Order Status, Tracking, and Invoices.
Account Management, offering various solutions to assist customers: e.g. credit and rebill for billing discrepancies, expedited ordering, and Teir-1 technical request solutions.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Candidate Requirements
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM & ERP system; SAP experience preferred
Previous customer service and/or service center experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Previous experience working for an industrial manufacturer preferred.
Pay Rate: $25/hour | **ifm is unable to provide sponsorship for this position at this time**
