Enrollment Counselors provide incredible service to help potential students determine if CSU-Global is a university that meets their educational and personal needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the contact for both potential and current CSU- Global students who have applied or who have questions regarding the enrollment process and programs.
Serve students through inbound/outbound phone calls, email communication, and consistent documentation of all student interaction in CRM system.
Identify and evaluate students’ goals, ensure enrollment requirements are met for admissibility, make appropriate admission decisions and establish proper expectations.
Generate excitement, build rapport, guide and empower students to take their next steps.
Provide outstanding student service by answering questions, mitigating concerns, providing program information, and monitoring students’ progress throughout the entire enrollment process.
Proactive outreach to help students move through the enrollment process.
Manage student applications throughout the enrollment process by using best practices, including follow-up appointments and meeting deadlines
Regularly collaborates and works with other departments including admissions, transcripts, financial services, student success, and student accounts to ensure a streamlined enrollment process.
Other duties as assigned.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

The position is fully remote.
10% or less in the event of a department or company-wide event.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle or feel, and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, reach with hands and arms.
Ability to spend long durations of the workday in front of a computer monitor.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university or 4 years’ direct enrollment experience within higher education required.
2+ years of enrollment experience within higher education if a Bachelor’s degree is obtained.
Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales within higher education.

TOTAL COMPENSATION:

CSU Global offers employer contributions to medical, dental, group life, AD&D coverage, Wellness benefit and training & development opportunities. Additional employee-paid benefits are available for vision, FSA/HSA, voluntary life, and voluntary AD&D coverage, critical illness and accident insurance. CSU Global also offers a 401a retirement account with a generous employer match, 100% tuition assistance for CSU Global programs (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees), paid sick time, paid vacation time, and 10 holidays per year. CSU Global employees are state employees and have access to the Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (C-SEAP) resources. Discounted pet insurance is also available.

Salary:$43,000-$55,000

Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday – Friday.

Saturday work is available and would replace a Monday – Friday work day. (i.e. substituting Tuesday for Saturday).
