Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping
Laundry Services Management
Directs and works with employees to verify patient rooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained.
Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective discharges to prepare work assignments.
Inventories stock to verify adequate supplies. Verifies all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms.
Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to verify understanding.
Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the departmental goals to produce desired results.
Verifies employee recognition is taking place on all shifts.
Participates in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve Patient satisfaction.
Empowers employees to provide excellent patient service.
Responds to and handles Patient problems and complaints.
Hygienic and clean environment is maintained in the hospital by taking care of waste management, infection control, pest control etc.,
Responsible for achieving operational and financial goals and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained.

2-10 years Experience in managing and leading hospitality Services.
Excellent Communication.

Strategic and confident person.
Leadership Quality.
