Job Description : Job Summary: Constelli has an immediate opening in Hyderabad for a full-time Admin Executive role, with functional areas in office administration, Inventory management, Logistics management and HR. Key Responsibilities of the job include:Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering suppliesMaintain and update company databasesManage office supplies stock and place ordersOversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelinesMaintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and handoversCoordinate and follow-up with vendors and clients to track and ensure timely logisticsSupport recruitments by coordinating with applicants and placement coordinators by scheduling interviews Requirements:
1-5 Years of Office Administration/ HR/ OperationsBBA/ MBA or any relevant graduationVerbal and written communication skills of polite and professional proficiencyHands on experience with Microsoft Office 365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, etc, preferably)Proficiency in handling office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar roleSolid knowledge of office proceduresAttention to detailStrong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
