Candidates having 2 – 4 years of experience in any domain preferably Healthcare and Life Sciences
Bachelor’s degree biology, chemistry, or applicable life science
High affinity to process driven tasks
Ability to act in an inter-cultural setting
Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under changing conditions and high pressure
Concern for training
Team player
Knowledge of clinical research and Pharmacovigilance processes is preffered
Candidate must have good communication
Expertise in verbal and written English
Requirements
Complaint evaluation and coding.
Adverse event/reporting evaluation on PRE decision step.
Follow up with Technical services.
Trigger Follow up actions and communications internally.
Complete missing data entry.
Review and process complaints cases received through the global complaint handling system.
