SALARY: 84,000 – 94,500

ROLE SUMMARY
This role is part of the Brewing leadership team that supports learning and development.
JOB RESPONDSIBLITIES:
Work closely with Assistant Brewmater(s) and Brewmaster to plan training needs to improve performance and support brewer autonomy across the brewing department
SKAP Drivers License, Intermediate Capabilities, Advanced Capabilities content & training partner for brewery specific items and process BPMs
Compliment the brewery BPMc specifically for training coordination
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business, engineering, or related field required
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lead projects and teams to achieve goals
Curiosity and resourcefulness to learn required skillsets
Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence a diverse set of stakeholders
Effective verbal and written communication skills
