Job Description : Requirements:
Marijuana Handlers Permit
Food Handlers Card
3+ years management experience or Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
Metrc experience (advanced course required)
Leaflink experience a plus
GreenBits experience a plus
Job Duties:
Overseeing and managing daily operations
Delegating projects for department heads
Organizing store structure & personal job tasks/duties
Support store structure and maintain good standing with staff/owner
Improve efficiency of the business and formulate plans to increase profits for each department
Create SOPs and policies for improved efficiency and general maintenance of the store
Approving changes made by department heads & plans for upcoming projects
Approving/denying purchasing requests made by departments
Hiring/disciplining/firing employees
Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
Diagnosing financial & inventory inconsistencies
Checking up on progress with department projects
Weekly Responsibilities:
Hold weekly meetings with department heads (Retail, Marketing, Concentrates, Edibles, Packaging)
Write up EOW report detailing progress on store projects and general evaluation
Monthly Responsibilities:
Create end of month inventory/financial reports for owner/accountant
Quarterly responsibilities:
Work with marketing department on quarterly 90-Day Marketing Plan with regards to upcoming projects/holidays/events
Create quarterly plans with manufacturing and retail department
Yearly Responsibilities:
Employee Evaluations
EOY financial reports for company taxes
EOY report detailing progress on major projects and general evaluation of the past year’s problems, successes, and improvements for the future of the company
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
