Job description
Liaisoning with Senior Medical Staff (Junior & Senior Consultants).
Credentialing of Senior Medical Staff / performance appraisal and leave.
Handling Medico-legal cases of Hospital.
Ensuring compliance on licenses such as, Biomedical/Radiation PCPNDT, etc. and coordination with Statutory Bodies.
Overlooking the outpatient management A&E and Doctors Services in the department.
Development of Quality initiative / Accreditation Activities. .
Co-coordinating with Nursing Superintendent and ensuring adequate Nursing coverage to all the indoor
Handling overall operations and responsible for smooth functioning of hospital .
Required Candidate profile
Mandatory MBBS + MD/MD/MCH/DM with relevant experience in Hospital Administration .
