Job Description : Who we are looking for
Talent Acquisition Officer who would be accountable for successful end to end delivery of Recruitment for EMEA in the Global Delivery Tower.

What you will be responsible for
As a Talent Acquisition – Officer you will
Manage end to end strategic and delivery side of Sourcing & Recruiting
Interface with Company Stake holders and build recruitment strategies to ensure quality service
Motivate and Re-enforce team work
Responsible for the Recruitment Hiring Strategies, Manpower Planning, Forecasting, Projections and implementation.
Responsible for all pro-active and re-active recruiting efforts to ensure compliance with company norms for our established accounts.
Working closely with the Business Unit heads / On Site Managers (across EMEA) / Internal Hiring Managers / Resource management group and Management, and supporting them strongly in closing all levels of resources with requisite & adequate skills within timeframes without facing any intricacies.
Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization
Manages and develops the team of Recruiters
Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements
Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related concerns
Provide external marketplace information to Leadership
Optimize and Update recruiting databases and tools
Keep updated about the Risk & Regulatory norms and cascaded the same to wider team
