Campaign Management
Create templates and customer journeys .Test the content for the campaigns in accordance with the objectives that need to be met.
Coordinate with database team to make sure the logic in terms of all the attributes that need to be specified for the campaign’s target audience taking into account user demography, usage mediums, geographical aspects, digital channels to be targeted.
Handling escalations related to campaigns.
Executing adhoc campaigns / Broadcast campaign requirement
Review and audit all past campaigns for quality of communication, customer interaction, SOPs followed, SMS & mailer content on a periodic basis; derive inputs for improvisation and share it with the internal team as well as with the function head and sales channels.
STP Journey Creation
Ensuring STP Journey creation for all the new digital platforms / avenues for integration.
Raising NRCR Call with BRD document with the test cases for the development of the product
Taking U/W approvals and pushing the requirement to IT bucket.
Handling escalations and discrepancy for the new digital platforms.

Fresher with MBA/ 1+ years of experience in IT; knowledge of the insurance domain is an advantage.
