Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic, result oriented and a high performer with analytical minded.
Manage general ledger, Accounts payable and receivables.
Ability to process book keeping functions daily and reconciling account ledger.
Respond to phone calls and emails and resolving customer’s queries.
Draft letters and requesting check for overdue accounts.
Maintain PO, billing and bank activities, TDS and Inventory management.
Liaise with customers, vendors and other third parties to ensure payments are made and received in a timely manner.
Provide accounting support to other departments as needed.
Ensure the accuracy of records and database.
Required Skills:
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
