Position : Compensation Analyst – Remote
Job Description : Analyzes, develops, implements, and maintains the credit union’s compensation program and related policies in order to comply with legal requirements and to establish competitive rates designed to attract, retain, and motivate employees. Administers the performance appraisal and salary administration programs. Conducts and participates in compensation surveys. Administers the end-to-end cycle (e.g., design, implementation, and administration) of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other Human Resources (HR) related systems and projects, including test systems upgrades and changes to ensure data integrity.
Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent education and/or experience. Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience, including core HR processes, compensation, payroll, recruiting, performance management and reporting. Thorough understanding of employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws, and employment legislation pertaining to all areas of Human Resources.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); to include advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot-Tables, Vlookup, MACROs, etc.). Maintain and handle matters of confidentiality with utmost tact and diplomacy.
