Job Description : CONCIERGE
This is a non-exempt/hourly, part-time (20 hrs/wk) position on UCHealth’s Guest Services team based at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland CO. Schedule: M-F, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Provides information, directions, and accommodating varying needs for our customers. This includes but is not limited to patients and visitors.
Job Duties
Receives, screens, routes and/or responds to incoming requests and/or needs for our customers, including but not limited to patients and visitors.
Oversees the volunteer staff at the information desk.
Establishes good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinates transport assistance for patients as requested or necessary.
Requirements
High School or GED
2 years of relevant experience
The pay range for this position is: $19.10 – $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
