Position : Data Entry – Remote options available
Job Description : Our company is known for our relationships with some of the most recognized names in the world, and we’re expanding. We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to enter information from several sources into our centralized system. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and be able to type at least 50 words per minute, and be good with a 10 key. Also, we need a keen eye for detail. You will report to our administrative director. You will need to train at our home office in Frisco, for a week, but then can work remotely beyond that point.
Responsibilities
Receive data from many different sources, organize them into proper categories, and enter into our database.
Verify data by spot checking and matching totals
Notifying manager if issues or problems with source data are found.
Work with email accounts, web browsers, fax accounts, and scanners regularly.
Skills
Proven experience in data entry, especially Excel for both text and numbers.
Typing skills of 50 WPM
10 key skills of 8000 KPH
Great attention to detail
High school degree or equivalent
You must be able to pass a full criminal background check, and you must complete a drug screen as part of the onboarding process. Once you are hired and trained in this job and our technology, you will have options of working at home or in our offices. Our offices are so great, you might want to come in a few days per week. (From home is fine, too.) Pay rate depends on experience, but we’re thinking $16-$18 per hour, and we’re flexible if you are awesome.
