Primary role: Insurance Verification
Is organized, self-motivated, committed, and self-directed
Committed to working well with others in a collaborative team environment
Exceptional communication skills
Treats our patients with compassion and displays a high level of customer service
Preparing patient information in advance to ensure a positive experience for both the team and the patient
Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members and community
This job requires a cooperative, professional attitude, and the ability to work well with others. Someone who is punctual, reliable, responsible and dependable who has the ability to fulfill obligations and complete tasks. The candidate should possess a willingness to go above and beyond to support our patients and practice. We place a great level of importance on quality care and the patient experience and this will be expected from our candidate.
