Experience :- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in financial analysis / Accounting / Data management
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts quantitative and qualitative research of trends in specific industry groups, companies, and/or security type.
Analyzes data and creates, updates, and maintains financial models to assist in formulating opinions or findings on securities
Responsible for aggregating financial data on global companies and processing them thorough CRISIL’s proprietary product
Validate and remove inconsistencies in data, standardize as per defined taxonomies.
Outside company financials, manage reference data (for instance, Price and FX rates), Industry data, Public Finance data and ESG data
Support the team lead in handling MIS and other data allocation requirements
Will also be required to update and maintain appropriate supporting documents in the applicable Research Information Management System in place
Provide continuous input for process and product improvements
FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE
Has seasoned knowledge of relevant industries, sectors, and securities
Has a good grasp of financial accounting concepts
Applies editorial concepts to develop, manage and/or produce more complex content
Generates content and contributes to special features
Works within own team and interacts with other related teams
Communicates with internal & external clients and/or issuers as necessary
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and particularly Excel
Should be capable of handling multiple time-sensitive requirements and deliver high quality output within committed timelines
PROBLEM SOLVING
Understand product capabilities, handle workarounds appropriately to achieve overall delivery objectives
Identifying, prioritizing and suggesting alternative solutions for problem and implementing a solution.
INTERACTIONS
Need to coordinate with other team members across locations
Show subject matter expertise in resolving queries of junior associates.
Liaise with other related teams and communicate effectively
Should have good verbal and written communication skills
TYPICAL SCOPE & IMPACT
Impacts and directs the quality of data delivery to global clients
Qualifications
M.Com, MBA & Graduates with relevant experience.
Note :- Looking for Candidates who has experience in financial analysis / Accounting / Data management.
Not looking for ESG Experience Candidates.
