Position : Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description : Succesful all women Multi-provider Wellington OBGYN Group seeking a full time, experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist(OB/GYN experience a plus),for a very busy multiple provider office, that is available for immediate hire. Responsible for Check-in/ Check-out/Scheduling/ Medical Records. Must be able to answer multiple incoming phone lines and schedule appointments, verify Health insurance, request and follow up on referrals and authorizations. Customer service is critical, have a polite demeanor with utmost respect and treatment our patients. Must be able to multi task. The position is Full time, Monday through Friday with Benefits offered including medical, dental,401(k) with matching, life and disability insurance as well as accruable paid time off . Bonuses and raises are also provided based on performace.
We are an office with a great working enviroment. Team work is critical to us and acheived by everyone in our office. Our EMR system is Athena, knowledge is helpful but not required. We are looking for another individual to become a critical part of our team. Communicatio is key to our scuccess. We are looking for a Social perceptivenes and patient-oriented individual to join our caring staff.
