Position : General Manager-Munds Park
Job Description : Inspire Communities is hiring a General Manager to run the beautiful Munds Park. This property operates as a 24-hour resort style location, with plenty of activities for guests to partake in, close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, stunning tropical landscaping, and much more. The General Manager will lead a team of others in operating the manufactured homes and RV resort.
Responsibilities may include:
· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an excellent experience for our guests and residents.
· Ensure that the property is clean and attractive in order to maximize occupancy.
· Manage seasonal sales staff.
· Recruit, onboard and train top quality employees.
· Engage guests and residents with daily, weekly and monthly activities and events.
· Partner with the marketing team to attract new residents and guests.
· Prepare, analyze and manage the operational budget of the property and improve profitability.
At least 3-5 years of resort or property management experience with multi-site and/or larger communities is necessary for this position. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The ability to multi-task, strong communication and leadership skills, and a guest-centric attitude are vital to this position. Strong computer skills also preferred.Hide
