3+ years’ experience working in an analytical field; experience with geopolitics, economics, and international business.
Job summary

Our ideal candidate will provide assessments of potentially imminent local, domestic, and international security situations, sensitive developments, and complex threat issues. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an interest in global security events, have experience developing and producing analytic assessments, and experience conducting open-source research. They will demonstrate an ability to work independently, think critically, review and assess large data sets, and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced and challenging environment that requires significant attention to detail. Our ideal candidate must have an understanding of the global security risk environment so they can have a bias for action to deliver results for the customer, with little-to-no oversight. Key job responsibilities

Triage incoming requests for support, provide timely and pertinent analysis, and coordinate efforts with multiple departments.
Produce white papers, threat assessments, and deep-dive analysis in a cohesive, concise, and visually appealing format.
Build and maintain business relationships internally, as well as with external partners.
Provide tailored briefings to senior management and internal customers.
Provide 24/7 support. Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Master’s degree in business, international relations, or security-related industry.
Familiarity with data visualization tools, network analysis, and structured analytic techniques.
Experience working with highly confidential information.
Proficient in multiple languages.
Excellent research capabilities and ability to drive projects with minimal supervision.
Ability to succinctly communicate and assess complex information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Strong multi-tasking and critical thinking skills, especially in high stress situations.
