Key Qualifications
2+ years of related experience
Excellent written, technical, and communication skills
Proficiency with Calendar, Mail, and other OS X base systems

Description
Reception Lead oversees all aspects of day-to-day logistics at our reception centers. Acts as the primary information resource for colleagues. Provides guidance in unusual situations. Balances headcount based on current business needs (guest flow, special event support and mobility support). Ensures team members take breaks in compliance with daily schedules. Maintains open dialogue with supervisor regarding concerns that arise. Submits maintenance requests to ensure visual standards are maintained. Creates and prints daily reports and informs team members of special circumstances for the day. Reception Lead will also perform all duties of a receptionist: Greets employees and guests into the building. Ensures guests are comfortable and connected with their correct host in a timely manner. Maintains a guest log and issues badges when necessary. Makes sound decisions and ensures work is handled efficiently without the need for constant supervision. Performs data entry as required. Monitors and maintains all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance and safety. Familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of guest complaints or disputes. Additional duties may include: filing, sorting, mail distribution and completing additional projects as needed. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Monitors office supplies, places orders as required. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Assists with various additional tasks.
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.
