Job Description : In response to COVID, HUNGRY launched its delivery and logistics department to support the need for last-mile food deliveries in numerous cities including New York, San Jose, LA, San Francisco, San Diego, and Washington, DC. In the year since its inception, this department has grown rapidly and now runs on average 10 different operations within a given week and has numerous dedicated team members supporting its continued success.
HUNGRY’s delivery and logistics department prides itself on being able to provide a white-gloved food delivery service as a replacement for traditional shipping methods. We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented and proven client success specialist to join our team and provide our partner organizations with delivery support they need.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Hungry’s Packer will be responsible for fulfilling orders by arranging inventory in shipping containers and preparing them for shipment. Their duties include interpreting order invoices to determine which items need to be sent out, performing quality control assessments and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.
Assure accurate packages are prepped and prepped according to daily shipments
Upkeep accurate records and effectively communicate all information necessary
Shift availability: currently seeking part-time induvials through the week with the opportunity to transition to full time! All Shift’s will be scheduled from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.
Starring Pay: $17 per hour, qualify for fast pay and get paid weekly!
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role
18+ years of age
Ability to communicate accurately and effectively to team members
Detail and process orientation is a must!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
