We are currently looking for Order Management -Billing Specialist to join our international order management in one of the Divisions.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for Invoicing activities.
Change the future with usProcessing invoices in the system based on the input from customers with 100% quality.Controlling circulation of documents, verifying their correctness and monitoring successful billing completion.Actively proposing process optimizations.Close cooperation with various internal departments (around the world).GS: Act as a stakeholder/Siemens representative when communicating with custom
We don’t need superheroes, just super mindsA university degree, preferably B.Com, BBM, BBA or MBA.Around 3-5 years of experience in Billing (gained preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO).Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP)Candidate should be ready to work in night shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am)Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end closeAbility to work in a team.Good communication and customer service skills.Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks
