Position : Receptionist
Job Description : Seeking receptionist to assist with all clerical office duties, to include but not limited to helping customers, answering and/or directing calls, sort mail, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Shift Timings – 1st Shift (Day)
Pay Rate for this Job is $22/Hour
Responsibilities Include:
Greet visitors
Handle all walk in customers
Assist with administrative staff work
Sort Mail
Call vendors
Make copies
Other reception duties as assigned by Operations Manager
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Good working knowledge of basic computer programs (word, excel, email etc)
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Stay on task, and complete work in timely manner
