Who Are We?
The Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is a trauma informed care agency focused on implementing our core values and providing support to people with developmental disabilities. We oversee a statewide system of supportive services that focus on ensuring the health and safety, supporting access to community participation, and increasing opportunities for meaningful employment. What will you do?

Independently coordinates research efforts & projects with local Early Intervention programs and service providers to monitor implementation of state and federal Early Intervention requirements as part of baseline analyses & other regularly scheduled & ad hoc monitoring analyses. Analyze the results of this review and complete reports & other written documentation of the outcomes.
Compile Early Intervention data into state data systems & analyze data to determine trends, areas of success, areas for improvement, & to support other departmental requirements. Create written reports summarizing data & including recommendations where indicated.
Serves as a resource person & technical advisor of the Early Intervention Data System (EIDS). Provide support to end users of the data system & serve as an expert to other members of the department initiating enhancements & other changes to EIDS.

**This position is telework eligible under the agency’s current telework agreement.**

Qualifications

Qualifications:

24 mos. trg. or 24 mos. exp. in planning & conducting research studies using operational, mathematical, analytical &/or statistical research techniques & preparing reports, records &/or technical evaluations related to research conducted.

Or 12 mos. exp. as Researcher 2, 66922.

Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

Knowledge of supervisory principles/techniques*; employee training & development*; operational, mathematical, analytical &/or statistical methods used in problem solving or decision making. Skill in use of personal computer or video display terminal. Ability to deal with large number of variables & determine specific course of action; establish friendly atmosphere as lead worker; develop research tools & design projects; prepare meaningful, concise & accurate reports. Supplemental Information:

Position may require travel.
Hourly wage will be paid at step 1, unless otherwise specified by collective bargaining agreement or rules outlined in the ORC/OAC.
Current Department of Developmental Disabilities OCSEA employees shall receive first consideration pursuant to Article 17 of the collective bargaining agreement.
