WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is growing! As a leading distributor of food service equipment and supplies, we value long-lasting relationships with our customers and great employees. We are currently hiring for multiple shifts for our Bloomsburg Distribution Center, which is a temperature-controlled distribution facility.
Basic Overview:
The Returns Coordinator efficiently processes returned product/equipment and professionally correspond with manufacturers regarding defective items. You will be expected to be fast-paced and attentive to detail, willing to work hard with a good attitude, and able to embrace change. If you work well in a team-centered environment and are passionate and ambitious about meeting goals and deadlines, then you have found the right place.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive product back from carriers that has either been returned by a customer, or by the carrier themselves.
Investigate the reason as to why the product was returned to us.
Create and monitor Return Authorizations in order to compile all of the necessary information needed to complete the return.
Work with customer service in order to determine if the customer would like a reship or credit for returned items.
Take pictures of scratch and dent merchandise in order to be sold through other outlets (scratch and dent, ebay etc.).
Keep inventory of scratch and dent merchandise so that it can easily be found for shipping purposes.
Make minor repairs to product that can be resold.
Meet and exceed accuracy and productivity metrics.
Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
Abide by all forklift safety training (must go through our training and certification).
Report any forklift issues to ensure they are properly fixed by a trained technician.
Communicate any issues and report any accidents to the supervisor immediately.
Keep work zone clean and orderly and help maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Perform other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the shift manager.
Skills/Abilities
Is computer literate.
Has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs.
Must be able to constantly bend, reach, stand, squat, lift and twist throughout entire shift.
Shift Schedule
Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Starting wage is $18.75/hr with raise potential up to $.75 every 6 months
