Specific job duties:
Supports the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
Perform duties in accordance with the company safety policies and procedures
Maintain attendance and punctuality
Support the safeguarding of raw materials for quality assurance and for accurate inventory
Monitor progress of beer through production cycle via brewery information system
Work with team members throughout the brewing, racking and packaging process
Operate high speed packaging equipment – racking and canning
Assist in loading and unloading trucks; drive forklift as needed
Assist brewery supervisor(s) with inventory reconciliation
Perform equipment maintenance, regular sanitation, and housekeeping
Position requirements:
Fermentation/Brewing degree or certificate from an accredited college e.g. IBD or Siebel Institute preferred. Candidates with a Brewing certification in progress are also encouraged to apply.
Brewing industry experience, and/or manufacturing production experience is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of brewing, fermentation and the finishing stage of beer production.
Attention to detail and patience for brewing process to achieve high standards of quality.
