What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities of the Cash Explosion Inventory Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Play an active role as a team member to help accomplish departmental goals.
Maintain and coordinate a large variety of Cash Explosion promotional merchandise inventory and event assets. Our promotional merchandise inventory includes shirts, hats, mugs, bags, and other branded promotional items. Our event assets include items such as touchscreen TVs, game boards, sound systems, portable generators, and tents.
Receive and fulfill requests for promotional merchandise from various Ohio Lottery Commission departments.
Place orders for promotional merchandise.
Resolve any problems with the promotional merchandise inventory.
Learn and use our inventory software program to enter, update and track all promotional merchandise.
Organize and maintain the promotional merchandise and event assets in our warehouse storage area.
Work directly with the public and Cash Explosion game show contestants at events and at the game show production studio.
Drive the Ohio Lottery promotional van and trailer to game show locations and other promotional events throughout the state.
Load and unload the promotional van and trailer with promotional merchandise, event assets, supplies and equipment and deliver it to events statewide.
Work at the events and set up/tear down the booth.
Perform other duties and work on special projects.

Qualifications
The Preferred Qualifications for this position are a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a van and attached trailer.
The following are the Minimum Qualifications for this position:
18 months training or 18 months experience in inventory control; 3 courses or 9 months experience in electronic data processing related to inventory control; 1 course or 3 months experience in public relations.
Or 9 months experience as Inventory Control Specialist, 64551.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
Knowledge of Ohio Lottery Commission, Office of Operations & Game Show rules, regulations, policies & procedures*; Ohio Lottery Commission Customer Service Standards*; Inventory control; Agency policies & procedures & state regulations on inventory control & salvage & surplus disposal*; Electronic data processing as applied to inventory control computer systems; InFlow*; Public relations; Word processing, spreadsheet & database software packages; Records retention directives*. Skilled in Operation of personal computer; Operation of a motor vehicle. Ability to Understand system of bookkeeping procedures; Calculate fractions, decimals & percentages; Define problems, collect data, establish facts & draw valid conclusions; Gather, collate & classify information; Check pairs of items that are similar or dissimilar; Handle sensitive inquiries from & contacts with officials & general public; Lift 25-30 lbs. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
