Job Description : Will Report To: The Business Development Manager
Experience: 1-2 years
We are looking for Customer Support Voice/Non Voice people with excellent communication skills. You will be handling all the call related chores as directed by the concerned managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
To be engaged in handling calls of Enterprise different business units
To provide world class customer service
To be able to handle transaction of reports
To be able to maintain accuracy in reports
Ability to work effectively in team environment pleasant, professional, and courteous personality
To make and receive calls related to special clients and projects
To be able to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
To understand and resolve customer/client queries timely and efficiently
To be able to handle and respond to customers requests via email/chat to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance
To efficiently gather complete information to access and ful fill customer needs
To encourage the customer to leave his feedback and follow-up with corrective actions where the feedback is not satisfactory
To be able to render scanned copies of handwritten bills into digital data
To be able to handle banking related queries over the mail
To discuss all the analysis and make a report with the manager to showcase to the senior management
Take care of the calling budgetary requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Must be a Graduate- Any Graduate in relevant discipline
Must possess Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Listening Skills
Must have Excellent Verbal Communication
Should be customer focused, with strong ability to resolve customer issues and effectively address them
Should be able to generate leads by gaining insights from the manager
