Proficient in computers and Microsoft programs such as Excel & Word.
· Collect and process records for labor, equipment, materials, etc.
· Data entry & processing of timesheets for daily non-medical billing.
·Administrative task such as emails, scans, printing, incoming calls.
· General office work, such as answering phones, taking and relaying messages.
· Maintaining office supplies, collecting and disseminating mail, working with vendors, and coordinating other related office activities.
