Job Responsibilities:
Offering administrative support across the organization in maintaining the clinical data confidential and
on time.
Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and attending phone calls, booking the day to day appointments
Welcome patients and greet people who visit the business
Consult customers via telephone throughout every step of the process
Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer
Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids
After understanding the level of hearing loss and budget of the customer suggest him/her the ideal
hearing aid for him/her and help them purchasing a hearing aid
Handle all customer complaints satisfactorily
Job Requirement:
Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal, written and visual manner
Time management/ prioritization skills.
Self-motivated.
Strong analytical skills
