Position : Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description : We are looking for a front desk receptionist for a busy veterinary clinic. As a front desk receptionist you are the first contact a client has with our clinic, whether it be on the phone or in person, so it is important that you be approachable, pleasant and well spoken. Our ideal candidate should be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday and meet the following requirements and skills:
– High school graduate or equivalent (please be prepared to provide a copy of diploma/certificate
– Able to lift up to 50 pounds
– Able to prioritize and multi-task under pressure
– Have excellent people and telephone skills
– Have the ability to work well in a high stress environment and maintain a level head
– Ability to accurately and legibly keep written medical records
– Ability to work well as a team player is a must
– Prior work experience in reception is a plus
Salary will depend on experience.
