Job Description : Entry Level Call Center Representative
(Fully Remote)
Salary: $20/hr
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday and Monday off), 11:00am-8:00pm Eastern Time
A large client of ours, a global financial consulting firm, is looking to add Call Center Representatives to their team. The position is open due to growth within the organization and is fully remote. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University and any customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from clients about their loan status
Provide financial support to clients via phone and email correspondence
Client Management
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree from accredited 4-year university (required)
Client Management/Customer Service Experience (preferred)
All candidates must be fully vaccinated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
