Job Description : Kenney Business Solutions is seeking Computer Operators to to be employed in support of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Records Centers in New York, NY and Edison, NJ. The positions are full-time, salaried and include a comprehensive benefits package.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Four Year College Degree preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint)
Experience working with large volumes of records in physical and digital formats
Strong analytical skills, reading comprehension, and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and adjust to established work patterns and processes as required
Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
All selected candidates must undergo a Tier 1 background investigation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

Assist Librarians as needed
Prepare hard copy paper documents for scanning
Convert hard copy and digital documents into a standard format and import into a records database
Perform indexing, scanning and importing of files
Assist individuals in locating and obtaining materials,
Respond to requests for information from or about the record holdings
Maintain and update databases/inventories of documents
Perform clerical duties associated with filing hard copy documents in appropriate file structure after conversion
Duplicate CDs/DVDs
Assist with disposition of hard copy documents

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Bachelor’s (Preferred)
