We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester/Analyst who will be essential in supporting the productivity of our teams and will ensure all of Healthmonix’s core business systems work efficiently. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of quality tests and analytics to confirm the functionality, performance, and security of Healthmonix’s systems and the flow of data throughout our software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand business needs, and provide system options/process recommendations to support the request
Enjoy problem solving
Interpret technical specifications and translate them into tests plans
Work with internal resources to develop Test Plans that accurately define the scope of the testing effort, and then create individual test cases that define each test scenario
Able to recognize and implement patterns in test plans to increase project efficiency
Execute approved Test Plan, track, and communicate the results
Troubleshoot issues reported by users and work with necessary parties to identify/implement a resolution
Independently manage assigned tasks to meet targeted implementation dates
Work in a team environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
You hold a BA/BS degree
You have at least 2 years’ experience and success in quality assurance
You have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
You can remain calm under pressure (It gets busy around here!)
You have experience supporting product development efforts from a quality perspective
You have unparalleled drive
You maintain a beginner’s mindset and are always hungry to learn more
Preferred:
Experience in the healthcare industry
Experience in test automation
Experience working in an Agile Scrum Team environment
Experience with SQL to be able to QA results against large data sets in a database
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
