Position : Runner/Studio Services Assistant — Post Production Audio Studio
Job Description : Do you see yourself working as part of a team at a busy, award-winning audio post production studio? Do you have what it takes to create a memorable client experience for our entertainment partners each and every day? Do you care about getting all the details just right? If you answered yes to each of these questions, then you may be a perfect fit for our studio.
Job responsibilities:
Ensure the facility and all studios are neat, clean and ready for client sessions
Greet clients and guests
Prep and assist engineers for sessions
Manage stockroom and supplies
Answer phones
Pay close attention to incoming emails/texts for instructions about sessions and clients
Assist in sessions as needed
Take notes of circle takes in sessions
The ideal candidate is:
Passionate about audio post production and client service
Attentive to details, cleanliness and advanced preparation
Comfortable welcoming people and making them feel at home
Experienced at multi-tasking
Committed to excellence and high performance of all tasks
Discrete and responsible when dealing with talent and celebrities
Coffee experience a plus
Committed to always being on time
Candidates must possess:
A professional appearance
A desire and willingness to give 100%
An impeccable driving record
Additional skills desired:
Technical ability or the desire to learn more about audio and post technology
ProTools experience
Experience with Microphones and other professional audio equipment
This is an internship that could grow into full time employment. Occasionally, evening or weekend sessions may be requested.
