Job Description : Role & Responsibilities
Purpose: – Service Coordination
summarizing the purpose of the job and an outline of what you want the role to achieve.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for Service business on Maintenance contracts and spare parts and other service enquiries.To work closely with the Field service team, Supply chain and other service coordinatorPreparation of quotations against FSE requests, customer requests or tender request.Handling customer requests and follow up for PO and paymentsResponsible to initiate the renewal process of Service Contracts & warranty conversion in timeEnsure timely submission of Invoice (Contract, Spares & TM) and follow up unpaid invoicesEnsure Contract Customer Data in SAP and other references or systems is always up to date and accurateMaintain Forecasting file and run monthly renewal lists to ensure renewal and conversion process is started timely
Coordinating with internal customers, arranging quotes, negotiation, Vendor Registration, placing orders, follow up on deliverables, Supplier relationship & ensuring timely delivery of materials, invoice resolution for goods receipt & payment resolution support.
Good negotiating and coordinating skills helps in meeting the targets and deadlines.Preparation of purchase order against finalized supplier/contract.Office administrative activities
