Position : Production Supervisor
Job Description : Qualification Required: BSc (Botany, Food Technology, Agriculture) B.tech (Food and Agri Tech)Required Male Candidates onlyRoles and Responsibilities1. Responsible for production planning in Consultation with the production Manager/ Plant In-charge for the shift.2. Responsible for keeping pond area clean, harvesting area and general cleaning.3. Responsible for Pond cleaning, pond monitoring.4. Ponds management- looking after it, maintaining healthiness of the pond, speaking everyday to the expert & clarifying all difficulties.5. Shall be responsible for the processes starting from harvesting, washing, chilling, drying, packing.6. Responsible to coordinate with Engineering & Maintenance Department in case of major breakdown and initiating Corrective Action and Preventive Action where appropriate.7. Taking care of major plant equipment such as Spray dryer, Chiller, Harvesting drum machine, Vacuum pump, Thermic fluid heater, Solar heater. Operation as per SOP, maintaining efficiency with periodic cleaning & maintenance.8. Shall check the Maintenance of the Department, premises, and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.9. Responsible to assist Qualification team / validation team for conducting Qualification the equipment and utilities or validation of process / cleaning activity related to production department.10. Maintain documents according to procedures.11. Responsible to report any deviation/incident to the Plant In-Charge12. Responsibility to ensure appropriate labelling system in Production Department as per SOP13. Responsible for coordinate with Engineering & Maintenance Department in case of major breakdown and initiating Corrective Action And Preventive Action where appropriate.14. Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior15. Responsible to ensure Health & Safety compliance in Production Department.16. Responsible for maintain Raw & Packing material stock.17. Shall coordinate and communicate management regarding human resource requirements.18. Responsible for issuance of packing material & dispensing of raw material.19. Shall responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested.20. Shall adhere to Schedules and deadlines.21. Shall ensure all resources are utilized efficiently.22. Report to Plant In-Charge.
